The West Yellowstone World Snowmobile Expo is the largest snowmobile show in the western United States and Canada. Held annually in West Yellowstone, Montana, since 1991, the show provides an opportunity for retailers to show their snowmobile related products and snowmobile racers to give their best show.

All major snowmobile manufacturers use the Snowmobile Expo as an opportunity to launch their new snowmobile models for the upcoming season. In addition, the Expo tent allows dozens of retailers an opportunity to show their aftermarket products to a keen snowmobile audience.

World Snowmobile Expo Events

Each year the list of events at the World Snowmobile Expo gets longer. Race events include snocross and snow drag racing. Since the evolution of freestyle snowmobile aerial shows, spectators have been treated to spectacular demonstrations by professionals of the sport.  A snowmobile Enduro race was also added to the event for its 20th anniversary in 2010.

Vintage snowmobile owners take advantage of this West Yellowstone event to bring out their best to show, and to take a trip around the race track in a parade. For those who like to race on wheels instead of skis, the Expo also added ATV racing on the snocross track.
